B2B Group Flight Booking Software
Our B2B group flight booking software lets you quote the group fare you negotiated with the airline, keep option and name list dates under control, and collect deposits and balances separately.
B2B Travel is developed by Diji Tech.

One File from Enquiry to Ticket
The group request, airline offer, chosen fare, payment plan and ticket issue all progress on the same record.
Option and Name List Dates You Won't Miss
Key dates show on a calendar, and the person responsible gets a task in the panel as each one approaches.
No Ticket Before the Balance Is Paid
Ticketing stays locked while a group has an open balance; only an authorised user can lift the lock by entering a reason, and the step is logged.
What is B2B group flight booking software?
Flight Group Booking Software is a B2B module developed by Diji Tech that carries a group flight file from the first enquiry to ticket issue, whether the group is a company, a sports club, a school, a pilgrimage party or a tour. Every offer received from an airline is entered in the panel; when the fare is revised a new version opens and the previous one stays in the history. Option, name list and ticketing dates go on a calendar and come back to the right person as in-panel tasks as they approach. Sales, operations and payment status move independently, and every action is stored in an activity log that cannot be deleted. The module does not search supplier inventory: its job is to turn a group fare already negotiated with the airline into a quote, a hold and a confirmed sale.
The group flight file: from first request to collection
All records, names and amounts shown in the videos are samples.

Request board and key-date calendar
Group requests can be followed as a list, on a Kanban board or on a calendar. The board columns stand for sales stages: new, awaiting offer, offer received, in negotiation, confirmed and lost. Each card carries the request number, route, the adult-child-infant split and the operations and payment status. The calendar marks option, name list, ticketing and payment dates on each day in colour.

Comparing airline offers side by side
Incoming offers line up next to each other, showing net fare, selling fare and margin for every passenger type along with the totals. Each offer holds its currency and rate choice (current or fixed rate), the option, name list and ticketing dates, deposit terms and penalty terms. Penalty terms cover the free downsizing allowance, the penalty per seat, the minimum group size and cancellation bands. A revised fare opens a new version, and the earlier one stays in the history list.

Reservation record and payment plan
Sales, operations and payment status are kept apart on each file. The reservation screen shows the airline, the number of seats held and the option, name list and ticketing dates. The payment plan lists deposit and balance lines with due date, amount, the part already paid and status. Overdue and upcoming collections are gathered on one screen, and each currency is totalled on its own.

Reminders and sales reports
A target response time for the first offer and how many days ahead reminders go out are defined on the settings screen. As payment, option, name list and ticketing dates get closer, the panel creates a task for whoever holds the relevant role. For any date range you pick, reporting gives you a funnel of sales statuses plus a breakdown by channel and by group type.

Why a dedicated group booking system pays off
- An enquiry left unanswered past its target time lands on a manager's task list.
- You don't lose a group you already hold because an option date slipped by.
- Fares from different airlines are compared on a single screen.
- The customer sees the offer, never your cost or margin.
- A yes given over the phone becomes a time-stamped written record.
- A system rule stops tickets being issued before payment is complete.
- Passengers whose passports expire too soon are spotted well before departure.
- When the file closes, what the group earned you is shown as a figure.
- Reasons for lost enquiries are measured so you can adjust your pricing.
- How quickly each sales rep sends offers is tracked individually.
- Agencies only ever see their own group files.
- Old offer versions are never deleted, so any fare you quoted can be proven.
- Asynchronous search architecture
- Capacity for more than 7 billion queries a day
- Quick to learn, fast to use
- Build an unlimited GSA and sub-agency network
- Works in multiple languages and currencies
- Support ticket system built into the panel
- Announcements to your agencies
- Option to provide a RESTful API to your customers
Offer source and payment methods
- No GDS, NDC or external supplier link in this module; offers are entered in the panel by hand.
- The offer the airline sends, as an e-mail or a PDF, is kept with the request file.
- Payments can be recorded by bank transfer, credit card, BSP, direct debit or another method.
Frequently asked questions
- How is group booking different from scheduled ticket and charter sales?
With scheduled tickets you search suppliers and issue the ticket on the spot; in charter sales you sell seats you have bought yourself. The group module is about quoting a group fare already negotiated with the airline and managing that quote through options and deadlines.
- Do airline group offers flow into the system on their own?
No; this module has no automatic supplier connection. You key the offer into the panel yourself: the airline, the net and selling fare for each passenger type, and the deadlines. If the airline sends a new fare, it is saved as a revision while the earlier version stays on record.
- How do I document that the customer accepted the offer?
A one-time approval link is created for the offer. Whoever opens it sees the selling fare, the routing and the conditions, while cost and margin stay hidden. On approval the approver's name and the time are stored, and the same link will not accept a second approval.
- How do deadlines and payment control work?
You decide in the panel how many days ahead reminders go out for collection, option, name list and ticketing; as a date nears, the responsible role receives a task. While the balance is still open ticketing is locked, and an authorised user can only release it by entering a reason.
- Can my sub-agencies see each other's group files?
No. Every request belongs to a single agency, and an agency user reaches only its own requests, offers, passenger lists and payment lines. The view across all agencies sits with the head operator. The group module runs inside the same B2B travel agency software as flights, hotels and the other products.
