What is B2B transfer booking software?
Transfer Agency System is B2B software developed by Diji Tech that manages a transfer on one record, from the first search through driver assignment to trip settlement. Your own fleet and the vehicles of integrated transfer suppliers are listed in the same search result, and pre-booking, payment and finalisation are completed in one uninterrupted flow. Once the sale closes, dispatch planning, the stage each trip has reached, the vehicle and driver assigned, settlement and costs are all followed from the same panel. The sub-agency network is controlled through agency-specific pricing rules, a commission entered during the sale, current-account limits and role permissions.

Frequently asked questions
- Is it possible to sell my fleet alongside supplier transfers on a single screen?
Yes. Your own inventory and the configured suppliers are queried simultaneously, and the offers that come back are collected in one list. The system handles your own inventory as if it were a provider too.
- Can I give my sub-agencies their own prices and commission?
Yes. Pricing rules are applied in turn down the hierarchy, from operator to GSA to agency. The agency making the sale enters its own commission separately on the payment screen. This rule chain is provided by the B2B travel agency software that all modules share.
- Which transfer suppliers are you integrated with?
Tourer Travel, PaxDrive and Progo are integrated and ready to use; your own vehicles are sold from the same screen as well. An operation the supplier does not support is never sent to it.
- Will the system warn me about driver or vehicle clashes?
Yes. If a driver or vehicle already has an active job in the time window around the pickup, the assignment is refused and the system shows the booking it clashes with.
- Where do I find the profit of an individual trip?
When the trip is completed the settlement is calculated, and you add the cost items. The profitability report shows turnover, cost, net profit and margin together.
- How long does it take to launch the transfer module?
The timeline depends mostly on how many vehicles and routes need to be defined, along with your supplier count and sub-agency structure. Send us your vehicle and route list and we'll put together a plan and a price.
