B2B Tour Booking Software and Tour Agency System
With our B2B tour booking software you build your own tour packages, manage the allotment of every departure and open the same tour to each agency in your reseller network at its own price.
B2B Travel is developed by Diji Tech.

Build the Tour Package Yourself
The day-by-day itinerary, included services, extras and departure periods are defined on one screen.
Each Departure Has Its Own Allotment
Every departure date works with its own tariff, its own allotment and its own last sale date.
A Separate Price for Each Reseller
Pricing rules applied in turn along the agency hierarchy open the same tour to every reseller at a different price.
What is B2B tour booking software?
Tour Agency System is B2B booking software developed by Diji Tech for operators who create their own tour packages; departure groups, allotment and reseller prices are tied to a single tour record. The operator sets up the tour's daily programme, departure periods, tariff and allotment from the panel. Sub-agencies sell that same tour to their own customers, with the pricing rules defined in their hierarchy already applied. Everything after the sale stays on the same booking record: the passenger list, insurance, vouchers, hotel blocks, costs, instalments and collections.
Tour sales from agency search to operations
All records, names and amounts shown in the videos are samples.

Tour search on the agency side
Typing a destination brings up suggested countries, cities and tours, plus a keyword line. The period is chosen as a month and year, and past months cannot be selected. Result cards show badges, category, duration and the starting price per person, with the agency's pricing rules already applied. The list can be filtered by visa status, price range, duration and category, sorted by price or duration, and viewed as cards or a table. Tours are ticked in the list to prepare an offer for the customer.

Inventory management and departure dates
Tours can be listed by location, sale type or status (active, inactive, draft or deleted), and the operator's own inventory is shown apart from supplier tours. A tour record is a single screen with six tabs: general information, itinerary, images, hotels, dates and prices, and services and terms. Tour names and service texts can be entered in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Every departure date has its own quota and its own prices for a double room, a single room, an extra bed, an infant and a child.

Departure groups, vouchers and the sales report
Each month's departure groups are tracked together: open periods, deadlines falling within the next seven days, total passengers against total capacity, the number of fully booked groups and an occupancy bar for each tour. Voucher templates are prepared per country; a preview, the Turkish and English versions, the logo, the header and rows with variables all sit on one screen. The sales report can be broken down by agency, user, source, country, region, theme, tour, tour type, payment type and month; it runs on tour date or sale date and downloads as Excel or PDF.
How the administrator, GSAs and agencies work together
The main administrator, GSAs and agencies use the same system, each through their own account. The selling price is built along this chain, with every level adding its own rule on top.
What each role does
- 1
Main administrator
Opens agency accounts and decides whether each one is Standard or GSA, whether it has DMC rights, what its balance is and which modules and menus stay switched on. A new account starts out passive and is activated once it is ready.
- 2
GSA
Sets up sub-agencies of its own, looks after their balances and writes the pricing rules that apply to them.
- 3
Agency
Reports to the main administrator or to a GSA. It signs in with its own users to search and sell, adding its own rule on top of the price. With DMC rights switched on, it also runs its own inventory. The rules and amounts added by the levels above stay invisible to it.

How this tour agency system makes the job easier
- The tour catalogue belongs to you; you don't depend on an outside supplier's feed.
- Each reseller sees the tour at the price its own rule chain produces.
- On manually entered sales, whether to exceed the allotment is the operator's call.
- You follow the occupancy of every departure group from a single calendar.
- Revenue and expenses meet on one record, so profit per tour comes to light.
- Tracking due dates lowers the collection risk on instalment sales.
- Payments owed to hotels are placed in cash flow before departure.
- A sale closed over the phone is deducted from the same allotment.
- Reports show which reseller and which staff member made each sale.
- Missing passport details are caught on the passenger card before departure.
- Tours can be published with content in Turkish, English, German and Russian.
- The agency's credit limit caps the receivable risk of instalment sales.
- Asynchronous search architecture
- Capacity for more than 7 billion queries a day
- Quick to learn, fast to use
- Build an unlimited GSA and sub-agency network
- Works in multiple languages and currencies
- Support ticket system built into the panel
- Announcements to your agencies
- Option to provide a RESTful API to your customers
Tour source and payment infrastructure
- The source is your own tour inventory: search, booking, cancellation and status checks run from it
- A collection path reserved for tour baskets: the agency's current account balance (wallet)
- Card payments follow the order pre-booking, payment, then confirmation
- Provider catalogue and location matching, ready for outside tour suppliers
Frequently asked questions
- How do I add my own tours to the system?
You create the tour on the inventory screen and add the day-by-day itinerary, service lists and images. You then open a separate period for each departure date and enter its tariff, allotment and last sale date.
- Can each sub-agency get the same tour at a different price?
Yes. The pricing rule engine applies the operator's rule first, then the GSA's and finally the agency's, keeping a trace of the amount added at each step. Rules can be set as a percentage or a fixed amount. This price chain is part of the B2B travel agency software that all modules share.
- Does selling stop automatically when the allotment runs out?
For sales coming through the basket, the system checks the period status: if it shows no capacity, no allotment or last sale date passed, the sale is refused, while on-request periods can still be sold. On sales entered by hand, exceeding the allotment is not blocked; the operator makes the call.
- Which tour suppliers does the system work with?
At the moment the only tour source defined in the system is your own inventory, and search, booking, cancellation and status checks all run through it. A catalogue and location-mapping layer is ready for connecting external providers.
- How long does setup take and how is the price set?
Timing depends mostly on how many tour programmes and images need to be moved over; as there is no bulk import screen, we scope this together at the start of the project. The price is shaped by the number of tours, the modules you open and the size of your reseller network.
