What is B2B villa rental software?

The Villa Rental Agency System is B2B sales and operations software developed by Diji Tech that manages contracted villas through nightly rates and an occupancy calendar and opens that stock to a reseller network. The operator sets up each villa with content in several languages, a room layout, a seasonal rate calendar and stay conditions, and channel villas connected through Rentals United appear in the same search result. Sub-agencies sell these villas for their own customers. The selling price is worked out along a chain of operator, GSA and sub-agency rules, and payment is taken from the account balance or by card. A booking passes through pre-booking, payment and confirmation, and a date range lock stops a villa from being sold a second time for the same nights.

The platform every module runs on

Flight search and ticketing
01

Flight search and ticketing

Agencies find multi-leg and alternative flights with a flexible date search covering three days either side, and handle cancellations and refunds on the same screen. 150+ API integrations work in the background.

Hotel contracts for DMCs
02

Hotel contracts for DMCs

On the contract screen of the DMC module, rates are entered quickly and in bulk. Support for multiple suppliers, hotel mapping, advanced pricing rules and the option to distribute your own inventory through a RESTful API come together at enterprise scale.

Agency search screen
03

Agency search screen

B2B users list results in the view they prefer. Thanks to async queries, work continues as soon as the first supplier's results arrive, and alternative route prices, detailed filters, multiple currencies and flight bundling are offered on the same screen.

What Changes with a Villa Rental Agency System

  • You open your contracted villas to all your resellers from one panel.
  • A record with clashing dates is refused, so the same nights cannot be sold twice.
  • You apply a season rate to a range spanning months in one go.
  • Your own villas and channel villas appear in the same result list.
  • When an unpaid pre-booking runs out of time, those nights go back on sale.
  • No cancellation can be approved before the penalty and refund amounts are shown.
  • If cancelling fails on the supplier side, the record returns to its earlier state and is never cancelled twice.
  • You notice empty nights before the season ends and update the rate in time.
  • The revenue report never adds different currencies together; it shows them separately.
  • You compare revenue from your own villas and channel villas in the same report.
  • You open the module only to the sub-agencies you choose and grant cancellation rights by role.
  • You limit pre-season pre-booking risk with the agency's credit limit.
  • Parallel (asynchronous) supplier queries
  • Capacity for more than 7 billion queries a day
  • Quick to learn, fast to work with
  • Grow a GSA → sub-agency network without limits
  • Selling in several languages and currencies
  • Support ticket system built into the panel
  • Announcements to your agencies
  • Option to expose your own RESTful API

Frequently asked questions

How do I add my contracted villas to the system?

You open a new villa record on the inventory screen and enter the name, introduction, house rules and arrival details in every language you publish in. The record starts as a draft and is not listed in searches until you make it active.

Where do I set seasonal rates and stay conditions?

You pick a date range on the calendar and apply the nightly rate and minimum stay to every day in that range at once. Stop-sale, no-arrival and no-departure days are marked on the same screen.

Can I sell the same villa to my sub-agencies at different prices?

Yes. The price passes in turn through the rules of the operator, GSA and sub-agency chain the agency belongs to. The price trace shows step by step how much each rule changed it.

How does the system stop a villa being sold twice for the same nights?

No second record can be entered for a date range that holds a confirmed pre-booking or one that has not yet expired, and the same check runs in search. If a pre-booking expires unpaid, those nights become available again.

How are penalties and refunds handled when a villa is cancelled, and who can cancel?

Cancellation moves in three steps: a penalty and refund quote is taken first, then it is approved or the action is dropped. If something fails on the supplier side, the record goes back to its previous state. Only roles granted the villa cancellation right can cancel.

Which channels can I connect to for villa inventory?

Inventory comes from two sources: your own contracted villas and a Rentals United XML API connection. Connection credentials are stored encrypted and used only in your installation.
