The Visa Agency System is B2B software developed by Diji Tech for operators and agencies that want to run visa sales through a dealer and sub-agent network. e-Visa, eTA, Paper Visa and Declaration Form products are created in the panel; the price is built layer by layer from operator, GSA and agency rules, and payment is taken from the account balance within the credit limit or by 3D Secure card. Each application moves through an 11-status flow and each document through a 6-status review. The catalogue is managed entirely in the panel; the system has no API connection to consulates or external visa authorities.

- How do I set the visa selling price for my sub-agents?
A pricing rule is added first at operator level, then at GSA level and finally at agency level, and each rule can be written as a percentage or a fixed amount. The calculation happens at the moment of the search, so every sub-agent sees the same visa at its own amount.
- How is a visa sale completed when a dealer's credit limit falls short?
The agency's credit limit is checked before the sale is finalised, and a transaction over the limit is not settled from the account balance. In that case the dealer can pay by card with 3D Secure and complete the sale.
- Does the visa software connect to consulate systems?
No. The visas in the catalogue, their prices and the status of each application are managed in the panel, and no API connection is made with consulates or external visa authorities. Your own operations team carries out the official application steps.
- Which visa types can I sell in the system?
e-Visa, eTA, Paper Visa and Declaration Form types are supported. Processing time, length of stay, validity and the application deadline are set separately for each product, and adding a new country requires no code change.
